Medical Education

We wanted to say a lot about our medical education services but this recent letter to the Vice President (Marketing) at our client seemed to say all we would want to:

Dear D

I have had the opportunity to work with The McCallan Group over the last month or so. Whether it has been a teleconference or a dinner program the events have gone exceptionally well. Dinner programs -which involve travel & moderator coordination- have been outstanding. From a speaker’s point of view-this is excellent-it is just one less thing to worry about when preparing to give a talk. The travel arrangements are made quickly and without a mistake. The moderators are excellent if not outstanding. The moderators not only ensure that the presentation proceeds technically without problem, but also coordinate and encourage group discussion. It is a pleasure to work with such a high-powered & knowledgeable group.

Teleconferences also have been worry free. The moderators add professionalism to the discussion. Excellent discussions have happened during the teleconferences. Participants seemed exceptionally pleased and are certainly forthcoming with information about their practice habits. The participants seem open to new ideas and approaches to assist in their treatment of XXXX patients.

B, N & J have been professional, organized and easy to contact. They are not only excellent listeners but doers –concerns are addressed immediately and taken care of in an appropriate fashion. They are responsive, pleasant & effective.

From a speaker’s point of view this makes my job so much easier to accomplish. I feel I am much more effective when delivering the message that I need to share with the participants of the programs…

Warmest regards

Dr A
